I'm not nervous about the doctor or the judgment I keep telling myself they will have. I'm nervous about admitting my problem because that makes it real.. Really real. There will be no turning back.

isnt it strange to have such a hard time with humility with this?
yet, when the brakes on my car need work, i have no problem going to the repair shop and saying i need help with my brakes.
nothing wrong with asking for help. theres something like a hundred thousand people registered here. most all of them have reached out for help in some way,shape, or form.
