you know, i'm an artist and one of the classes i took in school was in forensics. It taught me how to landmark certain features of the face and I can tell you a very easy way to tell you if it's all in your head or not. Get a digital caliper that measures up to a thousandth of a millimeter and take a measurement. just make sure you do it in exactly the same place or you won't get consistent results....i have very little doubt that the differences that you see visually are all in your head.
