A few select people know the full details but that's it. I do tell people I don't drink as I'm pretty proud of it!
I have had people ask why but I just say I was drinking too much, it wasn't really healthy. I don't elaborate and they don't ask. One person surprised me and said, "Well done you, that is great". I'm a mum of two young kids. Some people might judge but that is their problem not mine. I'm doing a very good thing for myself and my family, it does not deserve judgment really but people like to do such things! Not everyone though, remember that.
