Hi Sober. I am feeling a little better. My mood had gone up this morning. No real cravings. I think seeing all the old people in emergency who had real problems was a bit of a wake up call. I agree with everyone that the alcohol is making my depression worse. Feeling hungover and sick all the time is no recipe for happiness.
