Ask the ENT if he would suggest a dermatologist.
If you have stopped cocaine use and are rinsing with saline I’d imagine you are not making the problem worse.
I have friends that basically have no septum left and who have visibly caved noses...but they continued to use after they were showing clear signs of nasal erosion.
Makes you wonder how smoking rock affects the lungs. Shudder.
