I got so depressed
I got so depressed yesterday. I felt like I couldn't go on. Mental health sent out an ambulance to do a welfare check. By then I had drunk 2 bottles of wine and taken too much of my bipolar medication. They took me to hospital, monitored me and let me sleep it off. They put all my behaviour down to drinking which I think is unfair. Mental health didn't even assess me. Maybe I am in remission as they said a few years ago. I hate been written off as a drunk. I have suffered with depression for years but never this bad. I drank to try to feel better. Public health sucks. It could be my age thinking I should know better. The ambulance took 7hours to arrive. Thanks for listening to my rant.
