Hi Dee. I have a stinking cold and as this is the first and only time I'm quitting not sure whether I'm having withdrawals or it's the cold. I feel awful in the morning but as the day goes on I perk up. Let you know when the cold has gone. I calculated I have been drinking 39 years. On and off at different rates depending how I felt.
