I know how you feel, I am going thru the same situation except I didn't crash. It is a real shock. Took me a month to accept that I screwed up and in time things will improve. Get an attorney if you can afford one. If not get a public defender/duty counsel. Look for alternative transportation in case you cannot drive in the future. Even those electric scooters can go for 45 mins on a single charge if there is no bus available.
