I agree.......especially about getting your mind off worries. As simple as knowing exercise is good for you I some how "forgot" that. I just this very moment realized that I haven't been worked out in about 2-3 weeks, and, funny how the last 2-3 weeks my binge drinking has increased!!! :scratchch
Coyote, if this is what you want you can do it!!!......I have a wHopping 1 day under my belt so I may not have the STRONGEST ideas here but I do know that SR is my best friend right now!!!
