Even at my number of months clean I still think the exact thing.
I feel great, time to drink.
That is the addiction. It is for life.
I remember when i quit for about a month....years ago.
I decided it was ok to drink. I got wasted on cheap booze and beer.
It was sad. Drunk, staggering, slurring, fat, lazy.
I woke up the next day and was right back into the addiction.
God didn't design us to be addicts. It is a learned behavior.
