Happy Xmas!!
Happy Christmas everybody!! Just worked out this will be my 9th sober Christmas; time really does fly and I can honestly say that I’ve enjoyed every one more than before I got sober.
Some of the most alone I ever felt ironically was when I used to get smashed in town on Xmas eve surrounded by lots of people.
It’s a blessing to be a recovered alcoholic and I am truly grateful. Keep sober, keep grateful, and hopefully have a happy Christmas!!
