Toni, i'm on day 13. So wonderful that you're on day two during the holidays. So strong of you. Personally, I've been reading so much on AVRT. It's really helped me (there are threads about it on Secular Recovery) It's given me a lot of hope and confidence. The book "The Naked a Mind", which is a bit repetitive, helped too. I hope some of this can help you too.
