No smoking for me today. It's been a little over 8 months since I quit.
I have mostly good days, but every once in a while the craving hits and it really pisses me off that I can't smoke - dang it! But I know the glorious vision in my brain is not the stinky, expensive reality. So no smoking for me continues.
