No smoking for me today. It's the time of year when I start reviewing the past year and thinking about my goals for the next one. The 31st of this month will be 5 years without smoking/nicotine for me. It's hard to believe.

I quit so many times before finding this one that stuck. I am so glad I stuck with it. I have never regretted quitting smoking, but I know I would have regretted it if I had continued to smoke.

This week, I have had an awful cold or maybe the flu. When I was a smoker, no matter how sick I was, I still had to smoke and it was awful. I'm so glad I don't have to do that now.
