Hi..it worked for me for smoking for about 6 months. After being smoke free I was having a meeting in my office. Got a phone call and asked the guys there to please let me take the call. 1 guy had left a pack and a lighter on my desk...in the days when you could still smoke in a phone company bldg. I unconsciously..in the middle of the phone call picked up the smokes and....well....you know the rest.
