Still crying...
Not as long...
Not as often....
And yet the tears still come.
I'm honoring my love for my husband... my pain... this situation, as it is.
And I'll dry my tears and go onward... because I need to do this for my child and for myself.
Good Alanon meeting tonight... and more broke free inside me. I felt strong, and later the tears started coming again... and then I read my notes of the past several years and my balance is back. As I'm releasing all this, the anger is leaving, I'm remembering more of the good times and have stronger resolve to not go back to the chaos.
