Sounds like your addressing your problem and taking action, your doing good things. SR will help along with your AA and therapy. For me, Day 81; I attend AA meetings regularly, have a sponsor, see a addictions counsellor and come here (SR). Combined they offer great support. SR has helped me in so many ways.
