I don't get around to all the threads as often as I should, but I do try to make this forum one of my regulars along with the 24 Hour Recovery thread. I figure this is as good a place as any for this post as I want to share a link to a workbook on relapse prevention similar to a workbook my counsellor gave me at the beginning of my quit. I know it's a bit outdated, but it's free, downloadable, and printable. Hopefully it can make your sobriety journey a bit easier!
