When you say anti-depressants do you mean the Trazadone? I was given Trazadone for sleep some years ago and while it was a super low dose ( half of a 50 mg) it made me feel terribly depressed! I hope you can see your doctor and get some help for your sleep difficulty. But I have to say I am SO impressed by your discipline sticking with your sobriety in spite of the lack of physical relief. That is awesome! Has anything improved physically since you stopped? You are inspiring me to keep to it.
