Hello All. Away on a work trip. At a location where I have had many an inebriated night. Exercised. Stayed sober. Ready for my meetings tomorrow. I think maybe I need to be a bit harsher on myself. Take responsibility for the relapses. For where I find myself. Just to help in taking drinking off the table completely. It is not fate. It doesn't have to be my destiny. I have a choice.
