Back on the saddle. Day 1 complete. I finished a quarter bottle of strong vodka yesterday afternoon which I managed to find (wife was hiding it). Forced to stop after that since no more booze in the house. Not feeling too bad today. First time this year I have stopped after one 2 hour session of drinking. Progress I suppose. Anyway, joining this Group again. No drinking. No romanticising alcohol. Committed to stop once and for all. Have a good Sunday everyone.
