I was in need of a giggle today, thank you! Did you know that when we laugh, our body releases endorphins, to counteract the pain that the abdominal muscles might feel. I recall years ago, laughing so much that I asked someone to stop telling more jokes, because laughing was hurting me. It's true, my endorphins were running out and I felt the muscle tension.
