Can I just take a moment to thank and appreciate all of you kind people.
I'm so glad just for your presence here, it's a real positive force in my life. Just comin ghere and reading the ups and downs of your lives makes me feel more connected than I am to some people that are in my own life......and the wisdom and knowledge, experience here is just amazing! I think we could solve the world's problems if someone gave us the chance!
I'm just plugging along here, making keeping calm my number one priority in life, running and doing yoga and trying to cut down on the coffee and eating well.....trying to find ways to stay off the meds. I have been feeling a bit better.
