Thx, D. I've been walking many evenings at the beach or a neighborhood nearby the river that has lots of hills--I don't always do the hills, but it's been a good way for me to burn off some steam. I've gotten kinda out of shape, so for now walking is my plan to get back into things. When winter comes I'm going to join a gym, but as long as weather permits I love being outside.

Today was productive. I gave the dog and car much needed baths (that was excerise in itself), got some other errands done, came home and made a batch of turkey meatballs. Defrosted some of the homemade sauce I had made with tomatoes from my garden earlier this summer...was SO good.
Proud to have day 4 almost in the books!
