Good afternoon! In the midst of day 4 here. Went to the salon this morning to get a badly needed touch up on my roots (I started going gray when I was 29, thanks genes :p). Now home and am planning to wash the dog and car in a few. After that...we'll see. Anxiety has been rough lately but I'm managing, and making an effort to catch my own negative thoughts as they come and challenge them/rephrase them in a positive way.
I know exactly what you mean! Struggling myself with that feeling right now. I didn’t want to put too much on my list and get overwhelmed. Now it’s only noon and I got what I needed to accomplished. Then if I try to relax, I get restless. I put on a movie for the kids and I think I’ll read.

Staying close today as I’m feeling antsy.
