What do you all have planned?
Good afternoon! In the midst of day 4 here. Went to the salon this morning to get a badly needed touch up on my roots (I started going gray when I was 29, thanks genes :p). Now home and am planning to wash the dog and car in a few. After that...we'll see. I have a list of stuff to be done and I'm trying to find some balance between becoming so overwhelmed by it I do nothing, or becoming so overwhelmed by it I try to tackle it all TODAY and feeling nuts.
Anxiety has been rough lately but I'm managing, and making an effort to catch my own negative thoughts as they come and challenge them/rephrase them in a positive way.
