Hi lisamum. Glad you are here! I too am a binge drinker. Can go for days without, but once I start, its all over. No moderation, control for me at all. It wasnt always that way for me, but has been for many years now. I hope your day one passes quickly, and your spirts lift. I feel sad today, but glad Im back on track with sobriety, and grateful I still want it ! We can do this.
So far my day has been good. Took a long walk, then walked the dogs. Ran some errands with my Mom. Glad Im sober today. The sun is shining, the leaves are falling, and its great to be alive. And enjoying life, not stuck inside on the couch in recovery mode. That was yesterday. Its a new day.
