Still here. But have not been clean so I was too scared/ashamed to post. I think I might throw out my pathetic cough syrup and allergy/cold pills today BUT....this past week or less I have been without the codeine/tylenol ones and it made me realise that THAT is my drug of choice and all these other otc things, even the mouthwash (I cringe at myself whenever I say that but I figure I have to be honest) are terrible and I don't really enjoy it but I get desperate, you know?
The only thing is I discovered 3 Tylenol 1's this morning and took them, and it was like a flood of relief once they kicked in. Not really enough to get me high or anything but my body and brain felt the relief, and I felt generally good...still do.... I'm afraid I might buy that "one last bottle" today while I'm out. I'm actually out at my therapist appointment so I will talk to her about it.
