Good Morning everyone. Early on Day 4. I was hoping to feel better but, my anxiety level is still high. Lack of real sleep is making me tired. I am trying to relax and recoperate. Stress is one thing I don't want right now . It has been 96 hours so the alcohol should be all out of my body. Trying to do all the things around the house that I have neglected for about a week. Drinking herbal tea to relax my nerves. The weather is so warm and the morning air smells so fresh just wish I was in the right frame of mind to enjoy it more.
