It's good to meet you guys. I'm starting to feel a little more positive than I did this morning. I keep thinking about how proud I will feel when I make it past day 4. That's when it really gets tough for me and the old AV starts up, and I end up giving in.
When that happens this time, I'm going to post here instead and talk about what I'm feeling, so that I can get through it. I find I need help riding it out.
