CHANGED my brain mind. Spirituality- not happiness. I see a lot of people excuse away meetings because 'god' is mentioned. It is not about that concept. It is about doing anything on offer- to get and stay sober. The 'it is not for me'..or 'they are all too clicky' does not work- for me. It is finding problems- not solutions and working back.
