It all goes in the same category (IMO) of using methadone or suboxin to wean off 'script pills and heroin. You can get a completely narotic free detox and be fine, honestly I believe the worse thing about getting off drugs is the mental and emotinal issues. They can be way worse then physical. I have had to go completely cold turkey a few times in jail. It was HORRIBLE I mean the worst thing I have ever gone through.
People need to realize (again IMO) that it is up to the person whether they want it or not. I am not responsible for my addiction but I am responsible for my reovery.
