I'm trying. This is the worst. I hate this. I hate that it's getting worse and worse. When I fall down now I keep falling harder and harder.

I don't even enjoy it at all. I enjoy being sober so much more than being drunk.

It's a knife edge. The tiniest bit triggers a huge binge
