The final dance scene in Dirty Dancing made me cry today.
Once the stuffy crowd started to loosen up and show that they were enjoying the routine and seeing how happy Baby and Patrick Swayze (forgot his character's name) were, I started to cry. Once I stopped, I sat there like wth is wrong with me?? I didn't even watch the whole movie, I just turned it on, because Purple Rain was coming on next!
I filed for divorce a month ago and he signed the paperwork recently, so I guess all that's next is a judge grants the dissolution.
Anyway, our anniversary just passed last week and I've been thinking about him alot. I know I made the right decision, but I sometimes have too much time to think over here by myself.
I still don't know why Dirty Dancing made me cry today. Maybe because they looked so happy. Or maybe thinking about the anniversary.
