Hi Dee, no, I've stopped drinking, my binges got to be about 4-5 days and nights long and were every other week, so I stopped a few weeks ago. My doctor says just stop taking the tablets as the amount of codeine isnt that high and codeine withdrawal isn't dangerous. It was the alcohol withdrawal that could have been dangerous, but I just got on with that anyway. The thing that bothers me about the codeine withdrawal is (the one time I tried to come off it about 10 years ago) the restlessness, mostly in my legs and of course the general achy not well feeling, just wondered how long it lasted. It wasn't a touch on how bad the alcohol withdrawals were, but seemed to drag on longer
