Well done on 11 months, great achievement, enjoyed your post, feel like you sometimes and expect to be coping better, I'm only around 6 months, I was told I'd no gratitude so I've been doing a gratitude list every night for last 6 or 7 weeks, find it good, life is much better than it was 6 months ago, we are only being greedy expecting too much too soon , keep it up
