Mindful practice.... a good CBT strategy.
Yesterday- I signed final divorce papers
Today I reminded my self how hard I have worked in sobriety and not to throw it away. Eat, rest, hydrate- have a quiet day.
Tomorrow- I set up a lunchtime meeting and walk myself in to being able to sleep.
