Welcome back. I have gone through my periods. Its funny, the only thing that really matters is that we don't pick up and keep coming back.
However, it is much easier if we just keep doing what works. It is still hard to believe that we are coming up on 5 years. Just writing that makes me really think about how that is genuinely a pretty long time. I remember when going 5 hours was nearly impossible.
