Watching my son as he tucks in the robot box we made him. He's telling me he can "transform into a robot" which sounds lovely. I wish he could "transform into a 5 year old who can get dressed and brush his teeth!" LOL!
Feeling groggy this morning- I ate all types of crap yesterday, food I don't normally eat and now I'm paying for it (pizza and ice cream.) Ugh. The food hangover is real. I am tired of sabotaging my efforts and this binge eating needs to stop. I keep saying it but it's only getting worse and worse. I think it's because my family was away on vacation and I felt utterly alone- this tends to lead me to binge.
Anyway, going to work out in a bit and then do some shopping for home essentials. It's another lovely day out and I'm sober and healthy so I'm not going to complain even with this minor issues I have.
