Thank you for the well wishes- although today marks 3 months, not 8. According to my recovery app only 5% make it this far so I am feeling blessed despite my current mental instability. I am feeling hopeful today and refuse to let my emotions get the best of me. Just finishing up my home workout here. Congrats to al those celebrating as well. We are doing this!
