I hear you. God seems to be getting more distant since I met Him, but I keep hoping to feel that connection again, and sometimes it feels within my grasp at AA meetings. I miss Him so much!
Keep praying for Him to stay close. Look for Him in those you meet. Wake with prayer and fall asleep the same way.
The connection will return.
