Great news on reaching day four. Stick with it today it seems to be the worse for withdrawals. It was for me. Not sure there are many rules about what you can or can't post. Personally if you feel better by posting how you are feeling I think that's what the site is for. Somebody on here will have gone through pretty much the same situation as you.
