Just get back up and start over.
I'm not suggesting you isolate yourself, but if you go to outings, more than likely there will be alcohol. Preparing yourself for this and having a "plan" should alcohol come out would be helpful.
Or, you could just decide to avoid all situations where alcohol will be in play for the first few weeks while you're getting your "sober legs" a little more sturdy.
Either way, you CAN do this.
