I know a couple of people IRL with OCD who greatly benefitted from medication.
It's just my state of mind I guess, I keep thinking WHAT IF it doesn't go, what if I panic forever blah blah......just anxiety talking to me.
Dr was impressed with me not drinking yippeeee
