Just a post to say that I have had an extremely stressful week so far at work (yes I know its only Tuesday...that's how stressful its been lol) and as a result I feel I haven't been able to contribute to the site as much as I have been. So I thought I'd give a shout out to you all by posting this thread to send my well wishes to you all on your recovery journeys and to say I'm hanging in there and finding alternative ways to manage my stress x
