Thanks for all the positive comments. Wow depression is very strong today. I feel like I am walking in quick sand. I know that alcohol is a depressant but it has really hit me today.
I imagine it will take a week or so to start feeling a little less depressed.
I read somewhere once that depression is anger turned inward. Well I am pretty angry at myself over drinking again.
Day one's are never easy for me.
