Down days are tough halfalife, and probably a bit worse if we don't have someone we trust to talk to. But its one day, 24 hrs and lots can happen in the next 24 hrs. Change causes me significant anxiety, I'm a "routine" guy, I like the same schedule day in and day out. With that being said, I think we live in a changing society and we have to be able to handle change. We may not like it, but its inevitable and if we are well adjusted, we should be able to work through it. Not sure if that makes sense, but that's how I feel.
