Good morning everyone- 6:56 in Maryland and I am expecting the boys to wake up anytime now. I slept in until almost 6:30- wow that felt good!

Very grateful to be waking up sober on this beautiful Sunday. Hitting the pool this morning and then some of our neighbors are hosting a BBQ tonight just for us.




I had started a meditation challenge (by Brian Tracy) last week but haven't followed through so I'm starting over. I will post the new affirmation every morning in my siggy for anyone who wants to follow along. Plus I can remind myself to say it every time I check SR which is rather often throughout the day!

I am so glad my mood swing is over and that I'm back to "normal." That was quite a crappy 3 days.

P.S I have been sober for 68.18 days. I can appreciate that! I commit to another 24 hours of blessed freedom. I will never go back there again. Never, ever ever...
