My milestone is down the toilet. Long story short, I had a glass of wine. Insert several expletives here. I realized what my triggers are. I told my husband that his drinking I could smell from a mile away when I'm sober. I asked him to keep it away from me because it is a trigger and im fragile amd new to sobriety. It is ultimately my problem. One day I'll be strong enough to not be influenced by my triggers. He agreed. He said he will keep it away. We shall see where this goes because he is an alcoholic too. For now, I'm glad we are on the same page.
