Nine Months
Today is my nine month anniversary.
For those struggling, all I can say is, if I can do it, so can you. I never thought I could quit. That was for other people. Then, nine months ago, I had a moment of clarity in which I clearly saw that I would have nothing if I continued. No money, no health, no relationship, nothing.
It's been a hard road, but the journey has been profound and incredibly rewarding. I'm the same me, but I'm also a new me. A better, happier person.
